Our Broken System

I sit and watch this Political campaign with dumbstruck awe. We have 2 Socialists and a man who has no idea where he is much less what it would take to actually garner the support of the people he purports to represent.
John McCain is a republican. I believe that word fits him better than perhaps any conventional nomenclature could ever fit a person. Republicans have given us unfettered Illegal Immigration, the highest rates of Government spending EVER seen - this is not hyperbole, Bush has outspent all presidents including LBJ. Republicans have given us lies and pandering that rival those given by an historical despot in History. Republicans have expanded the size of the Federal Government more than Clinton, Kennedy and Carter could have ever dreamed of. The money that goes into the Federal Prescription Drug program is amazing. Bush has just promised to double his dedication to Africa - that brings it to 30 BILLION dollars over 5 years. The word Billion is heard so many times in political speak these days that it loses the meaning. A lot of us would consider ourselves rich if we had 1 Million dollars in our checking account. In order to gain the amount of money that Bush promises to send to a foreign nation that gives nothing in return, OUR MONEY, you would have to have 30,000 checking accounts each with 1,000,000 dollars in them. That is an amount of money that few mortals will ever witness in this world. This is money that was taken from yours, mine and every Americans hard earned paycheck. This money came from the sweat of our brows, the pain in our backs and the ability of our minds. This is money that came from the work that builds this country day by day. This money is going not to combat an invasion, not to combat warlords (although that's who will end up with most of the money) - it is going to combat AIDS. Is this a terrible disease - absolutely. Is it a plague - Absolutely Not. This is a disease that is so hard to contract - you actually have to make physical contact with the virus in very specific fluids and circumstances to contract it. The solution to this virus is simply for people to stop having sex. That's it. The rates of AIDS contraction would drop by almost 90% if this simple lifestyle change were to happen. There will still be cases given that this nations infrastructure is almost non-existent and the Rulers corruption rivals our own. That is 30 BILLION dollars to make people stop having sex.

The problem with this is that the system used to steal this money from the Citizens is illegal. The Federal Government has no right to take this money from our paychecks, they have no right for it's value to depend on a PRIVATE bank that is not even regulated by the Government it does business for and thus is in no way liable to the PEOPLE WHO FEED IT. This bank creates our currency out of thin air, with absolutely nothing backing it up and then LOANS it to our Government with INTEREST. We are paying interest on the very money that WE EARN. This system is simply proliferated by our Republicans, the Republicans who give us John McCain as the best candidate out of 300 MILLION people in this country. John McCain is the best they can find. John McCain who has worked with Ted Kennedy to ensure that Illegal Immigration is not only continual but INCREASED. He believes in NO borders, NO respect for our culture or Constitution and thoroughly supports a North American Union.

Why is Illegal Immigration not only, well, ILLEGAL but Unconstitutional? In Article 4 Section 4 of our Constitution, it is stated that "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion..." I live in Houston, Tx. Every day, we have 6500 ILLEGAL ALIENS cross our border onto our home soil. The moderate estimates of 12 Million Illegals is not moderate, it is a lie. They did not count chain migration i.e. One Illegal bringing his whole family with him. The actual estimate, and even this is considered moderate, is 40 Million here right now and 6500 more coming every day. Does this count as an invasion? How about a fact that is NEVER mentioned on the media that so many Americans get every last bit of their information from. Over the last 3 years, there have been over 200 DOCUMENTED incursions of Mexican Military onto our soil. The majority of these incursions have resulted in fire being exchanged with our Border Patrol. The Mexican Military has been running protection for the drug runners and, if they are confronted by our Border Patrol, then the Mexican Military simply shoots them. Would this classify as an invasion? If that doesn't then what in the hell will?

Republicans tell us that they stand for Conservative values. What are Conservative Values? Limited Federal Government, responsible and MINIMAL Federal spending, NO income tax, Declarations of War to mobilize Military Personnel, Traditional Family and the values thereof and, perhaps most importantly, ADHERENCE TO OUR CONSTITUTION. What I've discussed here is only a small amount of the incidences of complete refusal to abide by the Constitution that have been shown by our "Leaders". Will voting cure this problem? Well, when the system is rigged so well that we don't even have a choice as to who will lead us then how could it? We are given John McCain and either Obama or Clinton. We have had 16 years of Bush/Clinton. We have had almost 20 years of complete refusal to abide by our Constitution and have seen in the last decade, exactly what the principles of Liberalism will do to a free nation. If voting is not a viable solution then what is?
